'I have had the pleasure of staying at the Maisonette since August 2020. I moved out of the property, as my partner and I were moving in together; otherwise I would have been more than happy to remain at the property.

The property is finished to a very high standard (the spiral staircase was often complemented by friends and family on video calls!). All fittings are very modern, and the layout is well thought-out. There is a good amount of storage space; there was even enough space for me to put an electric piano downstairs. The property is warm with underfloor heating, and heating can be controlled easily on a mobile phone app. The property is light during the day, with large Velux windows upstairs. The bathroom is modern, with an electric shower with good water pressure. There is space for off-road parking out front, and also a table and chairs to sit out in the back garden, which is very well kept. The property itself is fully furnished, and is easy to maintain. Bills are included within the rental cost including Wi-Fi, TV license and Council Tax. The Wi-Fi is very fast, at around 70Mbps.

The surrounding area is very desirable, with local amenities including a GP, dentist, community shop, and most importantly a pub! There is lots of green space nearby which is great for going walking and running, this has been especially great during the pandemic. The property is also within easy commute of Bristol town centre; there is a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the property where you can catch a bus into town that takes half an hour.

 As Franz and Mary live next door, they were always on hand if there were any questions or issues, of which there was nothing major, and were always quick to respond to any question I had. They take great pride in ensuring the property is of a high quality. For example, they have extended the patio space in the back garden so there is more room for the tenant. They were also very accommodating to any requests for the property, and arranged to fit a bracket on the wall upstairs for putting a TV on.

Overall, this is a fantastic property that would suit a professional, and I would like to thank Mary and Franz for a very enjoyable time at the property.'
