OWNER INSIGHT

When I was last making a move I decided that I would look for a complete change and a relocation. Having lived in Torquay many years ago I appreciated what the town offered me and felt that it would be lovely to return. Having already viewed a number of properties during my search I walked into Woodhaye Gardens and was immediately impressed with the neat & tidy appearance of the building and grounds , giving me the impression that the development was ‘cared for’ by the residents. As soon as I walked into the apartment and saw the lovely views over the communal gardens and the lovely south-westerly facing balcony I knew that I had found my new home. A decision that I have never regretted! Since living here I have found the apartment to be lovely and as it enjoys the afternoon and evening sunshine it has also been comfortable and warm. Unfortunately health reasons are now leading me to have to return to Cornwall but I will be making this move with an extremely ‘heavy heart!”

STEP INSIDE

From the communal entrance a lift or stair approach rises to the second floor from where a private front door with spyhole opens to the RECEPTION HALL with airing cupboard. The SITTING/DINING ROOM is a bright, double aspect room with window to the side and door with matching sidescreen window opening to the BALCONY with decorative balustrading and artificial grass flooring, enjoying a south westerly aspect and overlooking the mature communal garden. The KITCHEN is fitted with a range of cream fronted units and wood butchers block working surfaces with metro tiled splashbacks and inset sink unit. Built-in electric oven, four ring gas hob with cooker hood above, provision for washing machine and space for fridge/freezer. Cupboard housing the Ideal Logic Plus gas fired boiler, tiled floor and window to the side.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM

BEDROOM 1 with window and built-in double wardrobe with mirror fronted doors. BEDROOM 2 with window and built-in wardrobe housing the electric meter and consumer unit. BATHROOM with white suite of panelled bath with Mira Sport shower over, wash hand basin set in vanity unit and WC with concealed cistern. Fully tiled walls, ladder style heated towel rail, ceramic tiled floor and obscure glazed window.

STEP OUTSIDE

Set to the south westerly side of the building, the apartment benefits from a balcony enjoying the afternoon and evening sunshine, overlooking the communal garden which is mainly laid to lawn with mature hedged boundaries. The property also benefits from a SINGLE GARAGE, situated to the front of the development, with up and over door and due to its lofty ceiling height enjoys a deep, high level storage area. Visitors parking bays situated in the residents car park.
