Gunby Hall Cottages is a well equipped equestrian facility and features two large breeze block and timber agricultural barns, a large open sided barn, a corrugated barn, a brick workshop, seven stables and a tack room. There is also a small cross country horse track around the outside of the exercise field, 9 paddocks, each with its own water source, and a fenced and hedged 60 x 30 metre fibre sand and rubber arena. There are secondary schools located near by as well as a variety of private schools in the area including nearby Pocklington School. The well known Oaks Golf Club and Spa is close by, as is the market town of Howden with its very useful railway station. Bubwith is extremely well placed for the M62, a very accessible 8.4 miles away, which gives fast access to the motorway networks, and it is only an hour’s drive to Leeds.
