Description

With a soft palette and tasteful touches, this modern home has an ageless appeal with an ideal balance of form and function from a popular residential location where everything is on your doorstep.
The carefully considered layout has been designed with a modern eye, with large light filled rooms as opposed to a 'bittier' flow. The kitchen for example, has room for the family to commune around the sociable island or relax within the cosier dining corner, complete with stylish built-in seating. Fitted with a range of neutrally finished traditional style cabinets, the light bounces from the dual aspect windows through to the utility area, an essential feature when the kitchen-dining area is so open plan and for most growing families. The entrance hall offers a great buffer from the sociable kitchen across to the sitting room, another great size room where your eyes will be drawn to the Scandinavian style log-burning stove, an eye-catching focal point which will surely be enjoyed throughout those wintery months whilst enjoying the private views out to the rear garden through the French style doors.
Exploring the first floor, the spacious entrance hall transfers upwards making for a great landing space to equally spread out the start of the bedroom accommodation. Starting with the master bedroom complete with en-suite, two more bedrooms and a family bathroom to serve this floor can be found on the first level. Rising upwards to the remaining floor, two more bedrooms lead from the landing, in addition to a shower room, overall offering plenty of space for a family to spread out into.

Outside...

Framed by a Silver Birch, it must be said that this home really offers a doll house like front façade, certainly ticking the kerb appeal aspect. The driveway allows apace to park a number of vehicles off-road which is a real big plus for this development, in addition to the double detached garage, another bonus. The garden to the rear has been beautifully landscaped, with a dining terrace complete with pizza oven and well stocked beds and borders.

Let’s be Frank...

About me

Given my family background of Architects, Property Development and Interior Design, property was an inevitable destination for me and my career and one that I have since fallen passionately and head over heels for since joining the estate agency world. Having spent a number of years working for a large corporate agency, it struck me what an important role an estate agent can play at such a significant time for most buyers and sellers but more interestingly what a difference an agent who actually cares can make...

We all know the reputation that estate agents carry around, I too have seen the distain on people's faces once you drop the bombshell “I’m an estate agent”, my response has often been “oh, but I am not one of those agents, I really care about what I do, I really help people and I love it!”.

Having helped hundreds of people move over the years, it became more apparent that people recognised that I was different to other agents, that I really did care and that my transparent method of working with all clients was quite simply, refreshingly Frank.

Frank Estate Agency is my opportunity to continue helping people to move, being able to be that constant pillar of support through every bend in the house buying and selling journey and fulfilling as many house dreams as possible along the way.

Living locally in South Lowestoft, I feel blessed every day to live in such a beautiful part of the country. My two sons attend local schools and certainly keep my hands full, in addition to my two beautiful house cats who remain firmly in charge of our household and my husband.

And this is where Frank can continue to make a difference...

Free from the constraints from the world of corporate agency where the advice is often given to clients to fulfil their own bottom line, at Frank we have the freedom to offer impartial and refreshingly Frank advice.
