The house is exceptionally well located within easy walking distance of The Berry (perfect for dog walking), the local primary school, petrol station and the Spar shop.  The walk into town is not far, where one can enjoy all the further amenities Salcombe has to offer including cafes, restaurants, galleries, together with access to Estuary at Whitestrand and Normandy and the ferries to East Portlemouth and South Sands.  The South West Coast Path is also within easy reach.
