We readily handle the sale of all types of properties from apartments and cottages to family homes and country houses across the whole of the area covered by our six strategically located offices. If you live in the South Hams then we have an office near you. We use the latest technology to help us with bespoke software linking our offices so that information about buyers and sellers is readily available throughout the firm. But we are experienced enough to know that there is no substitute for good old fashioned methods of communications which is why we take the trouble to speak to our buyers and sellers on the telephone as well as sending emails and texts to them.     Theo combines her wealth of experience gained from working with international estate agents in London and the South East with the wisdom gained from living in central Salcombe. Nicola has a dedication to property and has worked locally in estate agency since relocating to the area several years ago. She has a keen interest in sailing which is a perfect Salcombe combination. When not showing property she can be found on the netball courts locally, she has a zeal for netball, both playing herself and coaching the junior girls in the area. She is also a keen walker, usually accompanied by her 2 gun dogs.

    Originally from Bristol, Amanda moved to live in Salcombe permanently 11 years ago, her love for the South Hams having begun in her youth when the family owned a home in Frogmore. She has gained an abundance of local property knowledge by working, living and socialising in the heart of Salcombe. Her leisure time is spent on the water - the estuary being a haven for boating of all types. For the last 12 years she has worked as a volunteer for the Cinnamon Trust animal charity prior to which she was a counsellor for Childline.
