Peacefully situated on the open forest at Beaulieu, this modern detached bungalow has been extensively enlarged and modernised with three double bedrooms, a sitting room and a fabulous kitchen/breakfast room. In addition, there is a separate annexe/office with a further range of outbuildings and an easy-to-maintain garden.

THE PROPERTY
The entrance porch opens into the lobby which has an attractive skylight and the inner oak front door then leads into the hallway. Glazed doors then lead into the spectacular sitting/dining room which is open plan and faces south and west with lovely views over the open forest. There is a feature open fireplace fitted with a wood burning stove with brick surround and hearth, and the slate tiled floor (with underfloor hearing) runs from here through to a dining area. A door then gives access to the beautiful kitchen/breakfast room which is fitted with a modern range of floor and wall mounted units incorporating a central island with granite worktops, a Belfast twin bowl sink with mixer taps, space for a range style cooker with a commercial quality extractor above, space for an American style fridge freezer and dishwasher. Adjoining this is the utility room which has matching units with a twin Belfast sink, additional laundry cupboards and space/plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer. Again, the kitchen enjoys views across the open forest. There is also a rear porch with coat hanging space and a cloakroom. Back in the hall, a door gives access to the main bedroom which overlooks the rear courtyard garden and has a rooflight as well as fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two also overlooks the courtyard and has an en suite shower room, as well as a range of built-in wardrobes. Bedroom three again has built-in wardrobes and is serviced by the family bathroom fitted with a modern suite comprising a panelled bath with shower attachment, WC and vanity unit.

THE GARDEN
The property is approached from the forest across a cattle grid with parking for a number of vehicles and a small amount of lawn leading off from the patio which is accessed from the sitting room. The courtyard garden enjoys raised flowerbeds and a summerhouse, as well as a brick built BBQ area and a glass framed greenhouse.

THE OUTBUILDINGS
To the rear of the drive a pair of gates lead to a range of useful outbuildings including a boiler shed which houses the Vaillant boiler which provides domestic hot water and central heating with hot water tanks and a Propane gas tank. There is also a wood store with power and light connected, a further garden implement store and a former stable block which has a workshop area.

THE CHALET
The property benefits from having a chalet which comprises a sitting room with wood burning stove and a pair of doors then lead into an office/bedroom. There is also a kitchen which comprises floor and wall mounted units incorporating a sink, space for a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, beyond which lies a shower room, and a bedroom and a further office with ample storage.

DIRECTIONS
From our office proceed down the High Street turning left into Gosport Street and at the mini roundabout turn right. Continue over the level crossing and follow the road round to the left and then right up onto Walhampton Hill.
