In the sitting room, there is a cupboard which houses the Glow Worm gas fired boiler providing domestic hot water and central heating. Adjacent to the sitting room and accessed from the hall is a ground floor bedroom with wardrobes and enjoying a pretty outlook over the rear garden. There is also a cloakroom which comprises white sanitary ware including a WC with concealed cistern and wash hand basin, and a washing machine is installed under the stairs.

The bathroom comprises a vanity unit and wash basin, a WC with concealed cistern, a bath with shower over and shower screen, a chrome heated towel rail and an obscured Velux window.

The decking provides ample storage beneath.
