Berkeley Vale Park is a licenced residential park situated on the outskirts of the historic castle town of Berkeley, Gloucestershire. Directions
On approaching the town from the A38 continue straight across at the roundabout passing Berkeley Castle on the left hand side. Continue and just passed a small central reservation, bear left into Salter Street, continuing passed the Co-Op to Lynch Road. Approximately 0.4 miles from the Co-Op turn right into Berkeley Vale Park. You can park in the visitors car park which is situated on the outer part of the park, along the hedge, to the left of the main entrance. Once through the main entrance on foot, continue straight ahead to the left bend, then just after taking that left bend turn right. At the end turn left, and number 98 is a short way up there straight ahead of you.
Utility costs
Although these costs will vary depending on your personal usage, to provide an indication for you this may help. The current owner works from home, so always stays warm all day every day in the winter, and cool in the hot days of summer using a portable air conditioning unit.
