The Seller's View!

We have enjoyed living at the property for 20 years and the only reason we are looking to move is to downsize. We are hoping to stay in the village in which we have lived for 40 years. Both our children and grandchildren attended the very good local school. Saughall is a beautiful village to live in. It has a lovely community feel as well as having all local amenities within walking distance. We have a very good bus service as well as being close to the motorway networks. We enjoy our daily walk both across the fields as well as Bluebell woods and often enjoy finishing off with a drink in the village pub. The back garden enjoys full sun all day. We hope whoever buys the property enjoys as many wonderful years here as we have had.
