OWNERS' INSIGHT
"We have loved living in 1 Sunnyhill for seventeen years. The apartment covers the whole of the ground floor of this lovely Victorian mansion. When we first walked through the door we were immediately captivated by the gracious rooms and the South facing setting surrounded by lovely grounds and a sea view. We have all the benefits of beautiful, spacious, elegant rooms with no stairs, together with one lovely private terrace where we enjoy al fresco dining and delightful birdsong and a smaller balcony that benefits from late evening sun. Our apartment is close to the excellent shopping street of Wellswood with its variety of shops and restaurants. We are very sad to be leaving our lovely home, but age dictates that we need to be near our close family who live in Cardiff."
