Description

A beautifully presented 3 bed town cottage offering great charm and character which is complimented by an attractive rear garden. Located in the centre of town just moments from the shops and Quayside. Internal viewing highly recommended for the cottage to be truly appreciated.

Lower Gunstone offers a convenient location being within 50 yards or so of the Town centre shops and having easy access to Bideford Town's picturesque quayside, Victoria Park and playing fields. Also within a reasonable walk of Junior and Senior Schools.

Located within an area where Zoned Residents Parking applies (however within Lower Gunstone itself it is very restricted). Permits cost approximately £35 a year for the 1st permit and the cost of a 2nd permit (if required) is based on the road tax band of the vehicle being registered (maximum cost is approx. £65) and there is a maximum of 2 permits available per household.

However situated close by the current owners rent a single parking space which they pay £40 a month for and it is believed that this can be passed on to the new occupant.

Alternatively you have the Honestone Street car park & The Pill situated not far away which offers a choice of permits and season tickets.
