This wonderful, 15th-Century Noble Residence is located in the Heart of the Chablais Region

Built by the Lords of Langin, Chateau de Buffavent is a fortified manor and a landmark of Savoyard heritage. Located in Lully, near Geneva and Lake Geneva, the chateau has been listed on the Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques (Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments) since 1944.

Set on a natural terrace at the heart of a 10-hectare estate, the chateau is distinguished by its robust silhouette flanked by four towers, one of which was reconstructed in the 19th century. Its remarkable surroundings include landscaped gardens, an arboretum, a deer park, a tennis court, a mini football pitch, and a basketball area, creating a unique harmony between nature and refinement.

With approximately 1,204 m2 of living space, the chateau offers fourteen spacious bedrooms (with the potential to add two more should you require), several lounges and reception rooms, as well as a vast annex suitable for a variety of uses, ideal for extending the residential or event-hosting capabilities of the property.

Works on the farm building (annex) are approximately 20% complete (concrete support structures are finished, and the entire framework is new).

As for the exterior works, they are about 80% complete (sports fields need to be finalized, outdoor lighting and fencing still require completion).
