Vendor Comment: This flat has been my first home, and I’ve absolutely loved living here. It’s been a peaceful, welcoming place - full of light, character, and charm. I’m only selling now because I’ve moved in with my partner, otherwise I’d happily stay much longer. It was a tough decision to let it go! It’s in such a fantastic location, tucked away on a quiet street but just minutes from Whiteladies Road, Clifton Downs, and the iconic Suspension Bridge. I’ve spent many weekends strolling to Clifton Village for a coffee or heading to Bristol Lido next door for a swim. There are so many great pubs, cafés, and restaurants nearby, yet it always feels a calm and safe street. Being on the top floor, it’s wonderfully quiet, and the views over Clifton are absolutely stunning. One of the best things about living here has been the friendly little community in the building. We own the freehold together and it genuinely feels like neighbours looking out for each other.

We’ve often popped in for a cuppa or helped each other out, which has made it feel really special. Having a dedicated parking space is a real bonus too (no stress about where to leave the car!) and there’s also the option of an extra permit if needed.
I hope the next owner enjoys it here as much as I have - it really is a gem of a flat.
