Chidham has a church, a pub and a number of walking trails, and there is a station nearby at Nutbourne. A wider choice of amenities can be found in neighbouring Bosham, while Chichester has a wide variety of cultural, leisure, cultural and shopping facilities, as well as a variety of restaurants, wine bars and brasseries. Nearby, Goodwood Estate offers a golf and leisure club along with hosting annual motor and horse racing events.
