OWNERS INSIGHT

"Marine Palms has provided us with a wonderful coastal retreat to get away from the pressures of work and enjoy quality time as a family down in Devon. We viewed many potential properties on our search, and knew within what felt like seconds after walking through the door, into the main room, and out onto the terrace and saw the expanse of sea in front of us that there was no other apartment in comparison. Facing south westerly, the terrace is bathed in sunshine, and we have been privileged to enjoy many amazing sunsets. We were also drawn to the convenient position, and once the car is safely parked, everything you need is on the doorstep. It has been an emotional decision to sell, but take with us countless cherished memories."
