 DESCRIPTION:

The substantial parcel of land was granted both Conservation Area Consent and a building warrant in 2023 for the demolition of an existing two storey workshop which has since been carried out.  Planning permission for the erection of four flats on the subsequent land were approved back in 2010 (10/001190/FUL - now lapsed) In 2013 a building warrant was also issued (now expired) for residential development of townhouses (10/01908/CONAER)  At present, there is no current planning permission for the ground but enquiries can be made to Scottish Borders Council in regards to this and previous applications made.
