The rooms are only 5 minutes walk to the town centre and Luton Central Train station with trains to Harpenden, St Albans and London every 10 minutes and only take 40 minutes. Luton Airport is a short distance away and easily accessible. University of Bedfordshire is walking distance. Luton Mall and Galaxy entertainment complex is 10 minutes walk. Wardown Park with its lake and a historical museum is 10 minutes walk away. All bus and train services are walking distance.
The rooms are centrally heated and double glazed. Fast Internet, Gas, Water and Council Tax including a cleaner are all included in the rent. Electric is metered and on a pay as you go bases for your room only. Landlord pays all bills including communal electric in the house.
The en-suite room has its own microwave, kettle and fridge/freezer. It has a double bed, a wardrobe.
The room is in a shared house with two kitchens and several bathrooms WC's. There is a large garden at the rear for use by everyone. Fast internet is available throughout the house.
A cleaner is provided every week for all communal areas including kitchens, WC's and Bathrooms. A live in manager and maintenance / handyman is provided and offers immediate help with minor repairs.
Communal services include two washing machines, two cookers, two microwaves and two kettles. All rooms are fully furnished and there are several en-suites and bathrooms too.
Luton has 3 M1 Motorway junctions Junction 10, 11 and 11a. Luton central train station is only 10 minutes walk. There are two further train stations in close proximity namely Luton Leagrave and Luton Airport. Luton Airport is a few minutes drive. Frequent fast trains provide access to Kings Cross and Farringdon running every 10 to 20 minutes. Travel time is approx 35 to 45 minutes. Access to Elizebeth line and Euro star services make Luton a prime location for access to Europe and London. Elizebeth Line is available from Farringdon on the ThamesLink train services direct from Luton.
Our tenancy terms are 12 months. Landlord, work and financial references required. Single occupancy.
Car parking is limited and the property has a single yellow line without restrictions currently. There are several side streets where parking is possible and available. Resident parking permits are available from Luton Borough Council.
