There is a new bathroom with bath and shower and a utility cupboard with washing machine and separate condenser tumble dryer too.
The rent includes weekly cleaning (except when they occasionally take a week off) by a professional cleaning company of the communal lounge, kitchen and bathrooms and halls. They will also happily clean your bedrooms on request occasionally.
In addition the rent includes Business Virgin fibre optic broadband 400 zoom so its super fast and super reliable.
The only additional cost is the electric which is on a top up meter and this year has cost not even £10 a week in total. the lead tenant in the flat will just ask you for a small payment every now and again when it's needed, he has been there for 2 years and is a super lovely guy.
This property is ideal for quiet students who want a lovely super clean and warm flat. the neighbours are wonderful and its very friendly building with a perfect mix of students and couples/ families but some of them are elderly and for all they have loved the previous tenants they do not want to be disturbed late at night by noisy students having loud parties etc. They are totally ok with the occasional respectful gathering as long as they know:)
