OWNER INSIGHT

"We moved into our warm, quiet chalet bungalow in 1979 and being attracted by the light and airy rooms and the flexibility of using the dining room as a third bedroom if needed for our visitors. Although we had planning permission for an extra bedroom and bathroom upstairs we never felt we needed the extra space. The garden is very peaceful with lots of trees and visiting wildlife to look at so the back patio is a favourite sitting spot. Our garden was specially lovely with a pond, lawn, many fruit bushes shrubs and palms and we put in a sun deck as well. The front of the house is well back from the main road with hedging and trees for privacy. We found it particularly helpful being on the main bus route into Torquay and it's only a short walk to the hospital with The Willows shopping centre also a short walk away. It has been a happy home with great neighbours and I'm only moving to be with my family up in the, apparently much colder, north!"
