The flat is <10 minute's walk to UCL main campus and UCLH Hospital, and 5 minutes or less from UCL School of Pharmacy, the Institute of Education, Queen's Square, Senate House, and SoAS. The Brunswick Centre, with Picturehouse Cinema, Waitrose, and a range of shops and cafes, is practically next door, as are the independent shops of Marchmont Street. Bloomsbury has many park squares, with the largest, Russell Square, 100 metres away, and the British Museum just the other side of it. Further afield, the Royal Festival Hall is on a direct bus route (12 minutes), and Covent Garden in a 20 minute walk (or 3 minutes on the tube from Russell Square).  

The block is a 1937 art deco building with 24 hour concierge. Heating and hot water are piped through the block and so included in the rent, as are water bills. Openreach fibre is present in the block and available for installation by the tenant. No smokers, or, sadly, pets (they are not permitted by our lease). Council tax band C.
