We are looking for small businesses that are interested in renting a warm and welcoming space to provide support services and therapies to the families of Jenni's House and the wider community. 

Jenni's House is easily accessible, just off the A56, and on the Manchester and Accrington to Rochdale bus route. All customers of the Therapy Rooms will have access to the car park and free roadside parking. Families are also able to enjoy Jenni's House facilities during their visit including The Cafe and Bookshop. There is access to toilet facilities and our Infant Feeding Room. 

Each therapy room has its own intercom connected to Reception and to the separate entrance where customers can easily access from the car park without entering our Reception area.

As professionals using the therapy rooms, you will be supported by the team at Jenni's House from welcoming your clients at Reception to advertising via the Jenni's House website and social media channels. You will also have access to the staff room for drink making facilities and kitchen facilities. 

Room 1 - 25m2 - A large room, accessible via 1 flight of stairs. Ideal for occupational therapy or physiotherapy, this open space with windows on 2 sides of the room is a great space for a long-term rental to house large equipment, a therapy bed, sofa and desk if required. Hand wash sink basin fitted. Heating and cooling air-conditioning. Wi-fi included in rent.
