The rooms are available to single occupants only. We are unable to accept tenants and pets. To secure a room we ask for 5 weeks rent as a deposit plus one month’s rent in advance. We will also apply for references, carry out a credit check, and as this is a shared house, a DBS check.
Please note, the room available is on the ground floor and the property is a non smoking house.Any keys or security devices that are lost during the tenancy will be charged to the tenant.
Late payment of rent; 3% above the Bank of England base rate which, after 14 days can be backdated to the day rent was due.
