There is also a mirror, blackout blinds and an Ensuite shower room. It is very quiet and very private considering its right in the centre of Cambridge. There are windows looking towards kings college chapel too.
The ensuite has a shower, toilet, wash-basin, mirror, bathroom cabinet and mirror. There are plenty of towel rails too,
On 1st floor there are two lodgers' rooms and a bathroom for them to share. There's also an additional toilet on the ground floor. You have use of the kitchen as long as you clean it up as you go. You have your own cupboard for food, and a shelf in the fridge and one space in the freezer you can use. There is a Gas cooker, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and kettle. There's plenty of cupboards in your room to store things, 4 built in wardrobes and shelves and drawers.
Use of the rear courtyard garden allowed for secure bike storage, drying laundry or relaxing on the bistro set. There is a locked gate with access to the road.
Landlord lives on the ground floor, but is seldom there.
Ideal for someone quiet, tidy and respectful who wants to get on with their life without disturbance, as we have a no visitor policy. Looking for 6 months minimum stay.
The other lodgers are female researchers working at Cambridge University and walk to work. Another professional female to join them would be great. Landlord is away a lot of the time, so usually there would just be the three of you in the whole house.
All Utility Bills and internet are included.
