We are a small family-run hotel offering our rooms for the student term as an alternative to our usual hotel bookings.

We are offering our beautiful rooms at a substantially lower rate than normal. This is suitable if you want the luxury of a well-run family hotel that is looked after to a high standard but without having to pay hotel rates.

The well-equipped kitchen and dining room/sitting rooms are available for your comfort.

You are also invited to use our laundry facilities at no extra cost.

Our housekeeping service will continue to clean and look after all communal areas in the property for your comfort and convenience. Your utility bills and free high-speed WiFi service are included.

En-suite all-inclusive weekly room rates:

Located in Edinburgh's Newington neighbourhood, Edinburgh37 boutique residence is only a walk or very short bus ride away from the city centre and close to the University of Edinburgh. Cameron Toll is the nearest shopping mall, only a five-minute walk from the property. Bus stops only a few minutes walk. Frequent excellent bus service with a bus stop just outside. Arthurs seat and Holyrood Park sits to the rear and there are spectacular views of it from the back windows. There is an array of coffee shops and eateries all around—a truly awesome location.

Edinburgh37 is a cosy stylish boutique home from home with all the grandness of a Victorian residence where you will also find a modern twist with everything you should need for your comfort. We have CCTV for your security.
