Location:

Bellingham lies approximately 34 miles north west of Newcastle upon Tyne and approximately 17 miles north of Hexham and can be accessed via the A68. The village benefits from a number of amenities including local shops, cafes, public houses and guest houses as well as a primary and middle school. Rail services can be found at Hexham railway station and bus services are available between Bellingham and Hexham.

The property lies in a rural area approximately one mile south east of Bellingham and is accessed from Boat Road on the northern bank of the River North Tyne.
