The Seller's View!
The house is one in a lovely small row of six houses elevated from Dee Banks, a quiet area with the road not too busy and most of our neighbours being of long standing. It's in a perfect area of Chester, just a 20 minute stroll and you're in the city center where you can wander along the river or take a cruise if you fancy. There are so many great bars and restaurants it's a hard choice where to go. Another great day out is at Chester Zoo just a few miles on the outskirts of the city off the A41. The house also has easy access to Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales and you can get to London direct in just over two hours. The front garden gets the sun in the afternoon and into the evening, perfect as you are not overlooked from the road. The house comes with a great view across the River Dee then over the skyline of Chester and all the way over to Moel Famau in North Wales
