Transport is easy, It’s a 5 minute walk to Clapham North and 7 minutes walk to Clapham Common tube station, and there is also an overland train from Clapham High Street that is 5 minutes walk away, as well as excellent bus links to Clapham Junction or into the City.

The sitting room has a wooden floor and a patio door out to the private terrace, and it can comfortably seat 4 people. The sofa is a bed also for 2.

The large kitchen is modern and fully fitted, with a washing machine and dishwasher and an integrated oven. There is a large window looking over the private patio so it is light and bright. 
The kitchen leads down to the large bathroom, which has a new shower in it. 

The flat is available from Sept 29th for a contract 2 months min up to 12months or longer, which can then be rolled on until you want to give notice. (If it’s short term the landlord will pay the bills so you need to be offering a price to include bills and rent, ie it’s higher than the advertised price, long term renters 6months + pay their own bills then it’s £2300/month rent). 
Short term is £2500 to £2700/month and bills of £550/month on top. This depends on seasonal demand (summer and Xmas are the most expensive).

Parking can be arranged by getting a permit from the local council, and there are always lots of spaces available outside the flat. 
Long term Rent is £2300 a month, and the refundable deposit is £2300.
