OWNERS INSIGHT
"In all honesty, to leave our property after 28 years will be a massive wrench but age and changed circumstances makes us realise that we need to downsize. We purchased this as when we decided that Mum should live with us, we wanted her to have her own space and more importantly her own front door. Unfortunately, now without her, we have too much space. Our top miss will be our back garden although not big it is very private which we love and have always appreciated. So many positives living here, very good neighbours, close to bus stops, 2 shops up the road and another just down from us. The Willows retail park just a short drive away. Another plus, hopefully not needed, is Torbay Hospital just literally across the road. All in all we have been really happy here and hope whoever follows on will enjoy it as much as we have."
