(10%) Paid by tenant: use of lights and electric sockets in your own room, via a smart private meter, online Pay As You Go top up. (no need for token or card). Average spend between £20-25 per month depending on usage.
MANAGEMENT
The entire property is managed by our in house letting management firm.
Regular cleaning (kitchen, hallway, stairs) and alarm testing are provided.
OUR TENANT TYPE
Working/professional single or couple welcome! Not suitable for family, couples, or pet. All tenant must go through third party tenant reference checks to ensure high quality residency. (small credit blips considered on individual cases but not criminal records bankrupcy and major CCJs).
