Well this one is quite something! So many gorgeous features to this modern well designed apartment - where to start? The open plan living space is quite spectacular. The building is well insulated which means that running costs are more reasonable. Our apartnment doesn't have anyone above the living/dining room. It's secure and well managed. There's dedicated bike storage. Lots and lots of great things about the building... but what of the loctaion? 

There's a choice of short walks to either Portslade or Aldrington Stations with main line trains to Gatwick and Central London. Plenty of great schools and nurseries on hand as are the shops, cafes and restaurants of "up and coming" Portland Road. Poets Corner is home to a great selection of Pubs with excellent menus and fine coffee houses. Bus routes into Brighton are nearby... so all in all, a fabulous location!
