OWNERS' INSIGHT

"From the moment we walked in we knew this was the place for us and over the last 9 years we have come to fall in love with this wonderful large, bright airy apartment. There are wonderful views out to sea from the wrap around balcony which gets the sun all day where we love having meals and drinks all year round. The warberries is a beautiful area of Torquay situated between the town and Babbacombe and we love the local area of Wellswood within walking distance from the apartment, where there are an array of boutique shops and fantastic bars and restaurants. I'm sure the new owner will love all the improvements we have made, and enjoy living here as much as we have. We are moving to be nearer the grandchildren and will miss our beautiful apartment very much."
