Bedrooms come with a bed and chest of drawers / wardrobe and its own private en suite with modern bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin. Each studio has its own electric meter to pay for own electricity usage. Fast broadband is an optional extra at £10pcm PAYG.
The property is well maintained and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. All communal areas are cleaned regularly. Focus on finding like minded housemates to ensure that you will enjoy a relaxed and quiet environment.
