Local bus services include the 222, U1, U3, and 695.There are a variety of lovely outdoor walks nearby through green spaces, wildlife and conservation areas along nearby canals and Little Britain Lake as well as the Celandine Route along the river Pinn to Pinner (12 miles).The house is not suitable for children or pets but is ideal for non smoking/non vaping working professionals.

Last tenants stayed almost 8 years and bought their first house in the same cul-de-sac a few doors away. They worked closely with us over the years to maintain house and delighted that they are now very good neighbours.
