First floor apartment. There is an outer door which is kept locked and shared with 4 flats. The stairs then take you to the front door. The hallway is a little scruffy.

Once you enter the door to the flat you will see that the apartment has been freshly decorated.

In front of you is a kitchen which contains an oven, hob and extractor fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils and coffee machine There is also a washing machine.

To your left is a full bathroom with shower over the bath, and opposite that is the first bedroom. This is a small double bedroom, with double bed, shelf unit and chest of drawers, there is a hanging rail for your clothes.

Further along is a slightly larger bedroom with again double bed, shelf until and chest of drawers. It benefits from its own en-suite bathroom again with a full bath with a shower over it.

The lounge has extra high ceilings and there is a dinning table and chairs and a sofa area/TV area.  

The property is heated by night storage heaters, there is no gas at the property.  

 

Rental

The landlord will be responsible for the payment of the internet.

Other bills i.e council tax, electric, water, TV licence will be transferred over to you.

We have put a minimum rental of 8 months as we would ideally like the property back for next summers rental period. However if it suits this could become your longer term home.  This property does not have an HMO  licence so the maximum number of unrelated tenants will be 2. So 2 single people would work, but cannot let to 2 couples.
