Genuinely, it’s been a pleasure to live here. The landlord is very supportive and responsive, and pets can be considered. Landlord has been very responsive and made speedy repairs and replacements when needed, and flat is a cozy, safe and sweet living space right in the heart of Maida Vale. Flat has plenty of storage space, a sizeable kitchen, super king size bed and single bed in the second bedroom which we currently use as an office. Flat comes furnished with all the basics and living room has an electric heater for a cozier winter feel as well as TV.

Perfectly located literally a stone's throw away from Maida Vale station (Bakerloo) and approximately 15 minutes walk from St John’s Wood station (Jubilee). Very close to amenities of Maida Vale and Paddington including bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Very close to Paddington Recreation ground too which is wonderful for its running track, gym, tennis courts etc but also to relax in.
