The house has new carpets in living room and stairs and was repainted recently. Although upstairs carpets are worn we hope to replace these for the new tenant in the near future.


Very peaceful, tucked away in a no through street and yet less than 5 minutes walk to town. Close to schools and 3 minutes walk from Daubez Moor nature reserve.

The property has only a small back yard but ample for dogs to do their stuff in between walks. We would particularly encourage applicants who have pets to apply for the property.

Suitable for single person (current tenant uses 1 bedroom as an office and the other as a spare so that family and friends can visit), small family or couple. NOT suitable for house-share. 
Parking for 1 small car.
