We have lived in this house, in a lovely area of Chester for over 30 years. During this time, both we and the house have seen considerable change. In many ways we will be sad to leave. The neighbours are friendly and helpful. The area is usually quiet - there is no through road. It is a 20 minute walk into Chester, 10 minutes to the hospital, 10 minutes to local shops, supermarkets and the railway station. We have also changed the gardens significantly since living here and the rear garden offers a variety of options for relaxing, growing and entertaining. The large pond attracts birds, amphibians and insects and is a quiet and beautiful retreat, affording total privacy.
