All having modern conveniences and being cleaned and maintained on a weekly rota basis.
The Gatehouse Lodge. This Fully Serviced Apartment which has a double bed, sitting room with a kitchen equipped with sink twin taps, induction hub and cooker with the air externally extracted via the hood, fully fitted bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin, and power shower.
The double bedroom includes a double bed with linen, two bed stands with bedside lamps, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The shower room has a low level toilet and pedestal sink as well as a large power shower/ cubicle.
It is a fully furnished apartment with washing machine dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, and kettle Provided with all crockery, glasses and cutlery for at least two sets per person and all cooking pans etc. Small dinning table with two dining chairs. TV with extra free view channels. Competitively priced WIFI is also available (chargeable).
The windows of this apartment look out over the expansive communal gardens, and with separate access to each lodge you are free to come and go as you please giving an easier and more comfortable living option than staying within a hotel.
Outside the apartment is a small south facing garden with wrought iron table & chairs. All located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, opposite a country park and only a ten minute wall to the lovely town of Market Bosworth.
Additional cost of £120/four weekly maintenance fee which includes gas, electric, water, tv license, and fully cleaning service that includes change of towels and linen. Pets are allowed for an additional £25 per week.
Additional cost of £20 per week for additional person.
