We have a large sunny rear garden with outside seating along with a shed should you have a bicycle. Residents parking permit is available.
It is situated in a quiet street with a short walk to a Sainsbury's superstore and a large M&S .
It is a 5-10 minute walk to South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood stations (Northern Line) and 15-20 minutes walk to Wimbledon (mainline , Overground and District Line).
The bills are not included and are currently approximately £65pcm each. Council tax is currently around £77 pcm each, Council Tax band C
34 years old and work as a Radiographer for an NHS trust. Easy going and love travelling, cooking and going to the gym, recently got back into tennis, so if you're a player too that would be a plus! we often meet up with friends trying out new cuisines but also love a chilled night in watching Netflix. Among passions is going to theatre, cinema and baking!
The flat would ideally suit a professional female, non-smoker who doesn’t work remotely all week.
