The location: The house sits on a wide, quiet road just 10 minutes walk from Mottingham station, which has four trains an hour into London Bridge, Waterloo East, and Charing Cross. Mottingham has a variety of shops, cafes, and pubs, and Eltham has even more, just a short walk or bus ride away. There is a quiet, relaxed feel to the area, even with central London so close.

The house: The house has been renovated throughout and offers six bedrooms (all double rooms with single occupancy) and three full bathrooms. The kitchen has two ovens, two hobs, and two fridge-freezers, so you'll never feel pushed for space. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, and plenty of storage space. The living room has a dining table and chairs, sofa, and TV.
