Public transport into town is right at the top of the road (closeby). 10 mins by bike into town either along the river or by main road.

Cambridge North train station, with links to London King's Cross (or Ely and King's Lynn in the other direction), is just 10 minutes away across the river. Although the map doesn't show it, there is now a foot/cycle bridge over the River Cam making access to the station and the Science Park beyond very quick and easy - the addition of this bridge in the last couple of years has been a real bonus.

A14 is just around the corner

Anglian Ruskin University - 10 minute cycle

Marshalls Aerospace is a 10 minute walk

Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi and Lidl are all closeby within walking distance.

Gyms and a swimming pool are 5 mins away.
