Lyndale is set apart from other properties by three fields surrounding it. Standing in the garden, look across the valley: you're standing on the edge of the world! The excellent Nexus secondary school/ CSMS sixth form (adjacent to Camborne's station) are easily accessible by rail from Truro

University town, Falmouth, offers harbourside boutique shops, a plethora of eateries, sandy beaches, arthouse cinema, live music and student vibe.

Within minutes travel over the river on the close-by King Harry Ferry to take time out on the scenic Roseland Peninsula (by car, bike or on foot.

Redruth, Camborne, Hayle & Penzance are further West via Cornwall's A30 spine road

There are so many footpaths close-by choose a different one each day! It's only a stroll down the quiet road to the scenic River Fal at Pill Creek for some convenient and scenic time-out on your kyack, paddle board or trail-sail boat.

Further around, past the church, discover Loe Beach and its watersports hire, tuition, boat launching opportunities. Try out the waterside sauna! Or from the bottom of Lyndale's drive, go up Trevilla Hill and round the corner to the National Trust's Trelissick country park and shingle beach. Enjoy Sunday lunch, a break from working at home for tea and cake or reward yourself after Saturday morning's Park Run making new friends over a coffee. Numerous other walks across fields, through woods or along country lanes lead to Penpol, Point and Devoran creeks.
