Local shops are great, and its relatively safer compared to other areas - in terms of homeless people/ thieves. security is great.

Really good in terms of transport convenience links open spaces and bars around. Parking availability is not great due to new constructions, bin collections are slow and can get some anti social behaviour

The area has a good mix of local shops and independent cafes, along with a few well-known chain restaurants and bars. There are several green spaces nearby, perfect for walks and relaxation. Public transport is generally reliable, with regular bus services and a nearby train station, although buses can sometimes be delayed at peak times. The street itself is fairly quiet and residential. Parking is usually easy to find, and bin collections are consistent. There’s little to no anti-social behaviour, and traffic noise is minimal, making it a pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been prompt and professional in responding to any issues raised, usually resolving them quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how limited the on-street parking can be during evenings and weekends—it’s not always clear during a daytime viewing. Also, the walls are thinner than expected, so you can occasionally hear neighbours. I'd recommend new residents check bin collection schedules early on and get familiar with local shortcuts for avoiding rush hour traffic. Despite these small things, it's a lovely community with friendly neighbours

Good residential locality with great grocery shops. Residence is close to tube station and bus station which makes transportation easier.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been prompt and professional in responding to any issues I've raised. Whether it was a maintenance request or a general concern, they addressed it quickly and communicated clearly throughout the process. Their support has been reliable and efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how friendly and welcoming the community is here—it was a pleasant surprise! It would have made the decision to move in even easier. I also didn’t realize how convenient the location is for shops and public transport.
