There isn't 7,or 5 people living there, at the moment it is just a vry nice couple in their own room. CAT/Pet lover that would happily feed him (I'll always pay for the food)  when not around as well as give him some love, so yes, to be a cat lover is a most! :) 
Will only have love ones coming to visit once in a while, otherwise, the house would have plenty of space for us.

The room left that we have is the box room, which would suit a young professional/ Student., and happy to negotiate.

- West Molesey high-street is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away, with some great independent shops and restaurants.

The area is quiet also, and you can go for lovely walks and bike rides. There is a Tesco about a mile away, Hampton court and Hampton train stations are both respectively 1.2 and 1.5 miles away. If you have a car, a driveway is available (for 1 car only)

We have a Bus going regularly to Kingston about 3 times an hour from early morning to late in the evening. The bus is about 3 minutes walk from the house and it takes about 20 minutes to go to Kingston.
