The flat is a 10min walk to Brighton Train Station, the top of The North Lanes and Preston Park, and a 15mins walk to the beach. It's only an hour to London on the train and trains are every 10-15mins

The flat is fully furnished to a high standard. The living room is brightly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments family and friends.
