This part of London is becoming very exciting due to an influx of interesting people, with things such as the Beavertown Brewery, Stronghold Climbing Centre, gigs and sport at the Tottenham Stadium and bars, clubs and pizza places constantly opening nearby and in the warehouse district.
The flat is ideally and uniquely situated on 3 separate train lines. You can be door to door, using the Victoria Line underground/tube/metro to Kings Cross in 15mins or Oxford Circus in under 20mins.
It has a direct train to Hackney in 20mins and/or Liverpool Street in 25 min or north to Cambridge and beyond.
The Suffragette Line runs East to West and enables you to reach Hampstead Heath in 15mins and you can go all the way to Richmond easily.
The canal is a 4-minute cycle ride and can take you across London. North to the beautiful Lee Valley and South to Hackney and the Olympic Park. You can even cycle off road to Canary Wharf.
