House: All the houses in this area are large, and this is no exception. Accommodation is spread over 4 floors, giving plenty of space and separation between everything.

-         The lounge is in the basement to keep noise isolated and features plenty of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted 49’ 4K Smart TV and a breakfast bar large enough for everyone to gather round and eat together.

-         2 communal bathrooms exist, meaning the 2 non-ensuite rooms could have 1 bathroom each if you wanted to. One bathroom is just outside the door of the non-ensuite rooms and features a shower, WC and vanity unit. The other bathroom is larger, on the 1st floor and includes a full sized bath with shower over, basin, storage and WC.

-         Outside, there is a modestly sized courtyard with picnic bench to enjoy the outdoors.
