The communal area is equipped with a 32” smart tv built into the wall just opposite the communal dining bench. With built in plug points, this would make an excellent place to use as a workspace too!!

You also have unlimited access to the 2 washing machines and 2 separate drying machines which is split between the 4 rooms in the house.

We have off street car parking spaces located out the rear of the property in our private car park.

ROOM 3 – This room is located on the ground floor and is the second door as you enter the house. This is a large ensuite room option, with built in wardrobe, desk area, 32” smart TV and navy upholstered double bed with memory foam mattress.

 

As you enter the room itself, on the right-hand side you will find your ensuite. This is gorgeous, with Wood effect tiles as the backdrop to the black accented rainfall shower head with detachable hose, and the sand-coloured floor tiling to match it gives a cosy feel to the ensuite! The sink itself comes with a wood effect vanity underneath, perfect for keeping all your toiletries in one place! Of course you have your own toilet but also a light up LED mirror above the sink.

As you come out of the ensuite you will find your desk area. This industrial style wood desk with extra shelving on one side is one of our larger models, and with ethernet point behind the desk you have the option to hardwire if needed, but with suer rapid virgin business Wi-Fi you won’t need too!

The touch sensitive lamp on the desk too also matches, with its gold diamond caged design and extra charging ports, you don’t have to compromise on socket space either!

You have two windows allowing for loads of natural light but with blackout blinds you can make it cosy in the evenings.

Your deep navy upholstered double bed with memory foam mattress is the highlight of the room and with the wood effect panelling behind, it’s a Brett property staple!

There is a bedside table with a touch sensitive lamp, that offers three different light settings and USB ports! Opposite the bed is your 32” smart TV perfect for a cosy movie night!

Beside your bed to left you will find the built in floor to ceiling wardrobe! This wardrobe comes with double railing on one side and built in cubbyhole compartments on the other, perfect for smaller items or folded clothes! There is even a large void period at the top of the wardrobe which is ideal for storing larger items such as suitcases! With mirrored sliding doors too, you can make sure your outfit is on point.
