    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Clippers Quays is a 2 minute from Exchange Quays tram station, has got a new Italian restaurant downstairs, now to forget the pub, barber and cafe too (lovely banana bread!), in house parking, recycling and non-recycling bin collections, strict rules regarding noise after 11pm. It is has been our home for the last 3 years and there is a reason why we stayed!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We use an app and log on our queries. A handyman/plumber comes in the next day!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nil, everything you want is here or nearby. This place has truly got it all.

    Absolutely, they respond and act straight away. 10/10 service

    Wish the furniture could be removed quite poor furniture that’s in here

    Very well and within a good timeframe. Always accommodated all requests.

    Good location with a range of shops and local amenities. The surrounding areas are well looked after and clean.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They fix issues with the actual apartment if raised but not when it’s queries to the go working space

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That they don’t do mid tenancy checks or a new inventory when you move in.

    Next to old trafford , so expected noise from match day. One side note is that there is a noisy bar downstairs, with loud noises emitting from it until 1am (very audible from indoors with windows closed)

    Yes, and the issues are usually solved the next day, but the frequency of utility problems are horrifying

    Unstable internet , water , occasional seconds of power outage that hurts sensitive electronics
